What is IMAGOO?
IMAGOO is an AI content generation platform built for e-commerce sellers. Create product images, detail pages, lifestyle scenes, marketing assets, and videos—all in one place. Desktop clients for Windows and macOS let you produce content at scale, locally.
Which operating systems are supported?
We offer a Windows installer and two macOS builds (Apple Silicon and Intel). Visit the Download page and choose the package that matches your system.
What if the app won't open after installation?
Confirm your OS version meets requirements. On macOS, install the build that matches your chip type. If it still won't launch, try reinstalling or contact support using the options at the bottom of this page.
Account & Sign-in
How do I sign up or sign in?
Click Sign In / Register on the website and verify your mobile number with an SMS code. New numbers are registered automatically; existing users sign in after verification.
I didn't receive the verification code. What should I do?
Check that your number is correct and that SMS isn't blocked. Wait a moment and request again. If it still fails, contact customer support.
How do I sign in to the desktop app?
Open the desktop client and tap Sign In—you'll be redirected to the website. After you sign in, the client continues automatically. Website and desktop share one account.
Credits & Membership
What are credits used for?
Credits power cloud AI tasks such as advanced models and video generation. Each task deducts credits according to its rules. View your balance and history in Account.
How do membership plans differ?
Plans vary in price, monthly credit grants, and benefits—see Pricing for details. Your first month of credits is granted on activation; thereafter credits are added monthly on your billing anniversary.
What if I run out of credits?
Purchase credit top-up packs in Account. Top-up credits have their own validity (default 1 year) and are consumed from the batch expiring soonest.
Can I renew after my membership expires?
Yes. Within one calendar month before expiry you can renew or upgrade; after expiry you may choose any plan to reactivate.
Can I get a refund for unused membership credits?
No. Membership plans and purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed or purchased.
Using Features
Do local models consume credits?
Some preset local models run on your machine using local compute and do not consume credits. Check in-app labels for details.
Does IMAGOO support batch processing?
Yes. Batch background removal, background swap, image enhancement, translation, and more—ideal for processing large product image sets.
Can I use generated content commercially?
The software provides generation tools only; you are fully responsible for how you use inputs and outputs. Where permitted by our terms and applicable law, you may use content for store operations and marketing. Do not use it for infringement or illegal purposes. You are responsible for uploaded images and videos and must ensure they comply with law and do not contain sensitive, celebrity, brand, or trademark material that infringes others' rights.
Task Failures
Why did my task fail?
1. Check that you have enough credits. 2. Ensure images, videos, and prompts comply with law and do not contain sensitive, celebrity, brand, trademark, or other infringing content. 3. If neither applies, retry later—it may be a temporary system issue. Contact support if failures persist.
What happens to my credits when a task fails?
Credits are refunded for failed tasks. In multi-step workflows, successful steps keep their charges; only failed steps are refunded. See Task History in the client for details.
